Objectives

  1. To bring awareness on green initiatives by Green Tech Malaysia, a private arm that involvestraining SMEs towards green process, and compliance to regional and international requirements on green standards for export and international trade, under the guidance from KETHA (Kementerian Tenaga, Teknologi Hijau dan Air).
  2. Potential research areas for future postgraduate students in International Business Green Management and other disciplines of management and current post graduate students who are already in the green related research.

Highlights

1. First hand information on MyHijau initiatives from the Government.

2. Information on MyHijau label requirement for exporters.

3. Green effort in the industries in Malaysia is purely voluntary. Enforcement is quite ambiguous in the country.
