Agenda

1. Organise a dinner for the girls and staff

2. Organise some games for them on that day to interact with them and get to know them.

3. Collect funds, food (milo, milk, biscuits, etc.) and other items (clothes, bedsheets, stationery, etc) for the 45 girls

4. Collect items to send for recycling to raise funds for the dinner and other items for the girls.

Objectives

To invite SOM to participate by:

1. Joining us for the visit (The girls would love to have you there more than getting things)

2. Supporting us by donating funds, food or other items that can be used by the girls. We will be around USM to each person to ask for these things. Alternatively, you can contact us to donate.

3. Donating recyclables (old newspapers, books, glassware, plastic containers, etc.). We will be putting two boxes in both SOM PhD rooms next week to collect these old things to send for recycling.

4. Cooking something for the dinner or buying a dish for the dinner (halal). We have ordered rice, chicken, and one vegetable side dish. We are planning to buy fruits and other things to add and make it a feast.
