Biodata:

DR. MOHD ANUAR ARSHAD is a senior lecturer of management at Universiti Sains Malaysia. His areas of interests are in HRM, OB, OD and HRD. His current program of research focuses on HRM and OL. He holds a PhD in Commerce from Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia. He has an industrial working experience for almost eight years in various positions ranging from production operator, production supervisor, assistant manager and human resource officer. He has also been attached with various industries in his past experience such as manufacturing, services and plantation. His research interest in more on Human Resources Development and he is currently looking into the area of Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ).
