Biodata:

DR NOR HASLIZA MD. SAAD is a lecturer in the Operations Management Section of the School of Management at the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She received her B.A in Computer Information Systems from Temple University, USA and M. Sc in Information Technology in Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. Her academic background is reflected in her main research interests, which include information systems, socio-technical approach in the development and implementation of knowledge management systems, as well as case study and qualitative research approach.  She had published several articles in the area and presented numerous papers on several national and international conferences.
