Biodata:

Sabai Khin is a lecturer at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She received her PhD and MBA from USM and was awarded USM Fellowship by USM during her PhD candidature. Her teaching and research areas include innovation management, technology transfer, strategic management, technopreneurship, and international business. She was actively involved in several research projects in other areas such as occupational stress, entrepreneurs in ecotourism industry, and organizational citizenship behavior. She has also published her research works in international journals and presented them at international conferences. Currently, she is coordinating Innovation & Business Development Unit (InnoBiz) for activities related to entrepreneur development, innovation and commercialization. Previously, she earned her industrial experience in new product development and commercialization, customer and export management, and sales and business planning in insecticide industry for several years.
