Biodata: 

Mastura received a PhD degree from the University of Canberra, Australia. Her research which measured the impact of Islamic work values on employees’ work performance in Malaysia had awarded her a Doctor of Philosophy in 2012. Prior to joining USM, she worked at Malaysian Department of Statistics. She also used to work with the Australian biggest retail company in Australia for almost 4 years.
