Biodata:

Rosmelisa Yusof, PhD, is a lecturer at School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She received her PhD from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her PhD concentrated on innovative behavior among SMEs’ employees. Prior joining USM, she has worked as a tutor at UITM and private college. Her research interest is in the field of behavioral studies, innovation, SMEs and entrepreneurship.
